Currently there is no truck traffic or skier traffic entering the lower (Noirth) parking lot from Silver King Drive. The current driveway is only used for Ambulances to the clinic. PEG proposes that all vehicles will enter under Parcels C and D from Silver King Drive. This is a dramatic shift from historical precedent. It cannot be allowed. Traffic to Resort parking is currently is directed onto Lowell from Silver King, without disturbing a residential neighborhood. That should be maintained.

Too big - projection indicates you won't even be able to see the ski mountain as you approach it! Don't change the terms of the prior agreement!
