I have a few questions about 100 Marsac. 1. Has there been an assessment of the clean-up cost of the environmental issues at 100 Marsac? 2. What are a buyer's legal rights for access to the proposed lots from a private road? 3. Should we anticipate the right to build 3 homes or 30 affordable housing units? 4. Has the sidewalk on Marsac Avenue been discussed? 5. How will you address traffic issues on Ontario Avenue and Ontario Court? From: Jeff Edison

Re; Ontario Court access to future development.
Ontario Court is private property in the Ontario Court Subdivision.
The owners of the properties in the Subdivision paid for ALL the components of its construction, including utilities and fire service. They currently pay for ALL snow clearing and on going maintenance.
The City required restricted access to the extent that one parcel had to access from McHenry Ave.
The Conditions of Approval for the Ontario Court Subdivision address this. Its design and configuration reflect the City's intent to limit access off the driveway.
It was never intended to be an access to development beyond. As evidenced by its conditions of approval etc.
