    "Finding of Facts #25 The traffic impacts for this 15-lot Subdivision are expected to be well within the
    capacity of Royal Street"... Are we to take from this that they will be forced to use Royal St ONLY? This is eerily reminiscent of the 20 year old MPD promises that have been craftedly "worked around" to the detriment of Old Town residents.
