    Thank you for including our input on the last 12/9/20 planning commission meeting. We love our neighborhood and hope that the new development fits and conforms to the rest of the neighborhood in terms of size and scale of the buildings relative to neighboring properties. The proposal from the planning commission for 3,900 max square feet per each single family home seems reasonable unless it needs to be smaller according to existing land code in our zone given the sloping topography and the unmistakable visual impact on Park City “post card” of the town image. We also hope the new buildings will be build with minimal disruption to our life on the street (we are at 1232 Lowell) with someone patrolling the roads for safety given so much machinery and equipment that is necessary to support the construction efforts across the street from us.
