    I am a resident of the Oaks in Lower Deer Valley and strongly object to the proposal to change traffic flow in the Deer Valley Loop. This will cause immense amounts of traffic, noise and air pollution and will be a hazard for people using the sidewalks. This will be an unmitigated disaster.
