We live right across from the Kings Crown development and it’s been a nightmare since they started, dust, machinery, equipment, never ending construction noise and dirt, street closures. Density reduction would be great, speedy finish to the construction would be welcome. Traffic management during construction would be very helpful. We’ve had to deal with several accidents on the street due to construction. This street has become not livable for existing residents given what they’ve done to rip up the hill to build up more residences that will sit empty waiting for ski rental profits. This is not a neighborhood anymore.
