I believe not giving merit pay to those of our employees who are on the front lines is wrong. Those who can’t WFH and are putting themselves and their families at risk to serve our community should be treated better than this. Unless we no longer believe that they are our greatest resource. Because that is the message you are sending. Also, in these times, the character limit to submit comments should be removed. It stifles public input.
