There is no comment section for Section V - Consent Agenda, so I am submitting here in hopes that it is read before acting on such. Please, Please, Please do not spend any more money on this project until there is a clear cut and definitive direction. The developer (whomever this ends up being and hopefully not Park City) should bear the cost of demolition work. I also sent a letter to the PC Record Editor a couple of weeks back on this same subject.
