4.A) Historic Preservation Board Chair Election - On September 7, 2022, the Historic Preservation Board Continued this item to a later date:
Pursuant to LMC § 15-11-3(A), the Historic Preservation Board shall elect one of its members to serve as Chair for a term of one (1) year at its first meeting following the expiration of terms and appointment of new members. The Chair may be elected to serve for one (1) consecutive additional term, but not for more than two (2) successive terms. If the Chair is absent from any meeting where a quorum would otherwise exist, the members may appoint a Chair Pro Tem to act as Chair solely for that meeting.
