Please consider ways to disallow companies like Pacasa from selling fractional ownership in homes in neighborhoods that restrict nightly rentals. The newest home in Thaynes Canyon which sold to Pacasa is reselling to 8 buyers who are restricted to spending only 2 weeks consecutively at "their" home. This is the same as having a nightly rental, in my mind. I am advocating for deed restrictions in neighborhoods like Thaynes Canyon to prevent the further disintegration of neighborhoods. Thank you
