Hi and thank you to City Council and the PC Transit Team.

We’re Royal St residents and big proponents of public transit. We’re not opposed to Micro Transit in theory but are concerned with predictability and reliability, especially after the challenges faced by Summit County.

Specifically, can you please respond to our primary concerns?
    1. Will there be a Town / Main St pickup and dropoff location? This is so, so important to our family.
    2. How will capacity be increased for peak season? Many more visitors will be in town, and many of our neighbors who rent out their homes have committed to reliable transit to their renters.
    3. What is van size and what is normal capacity / vans dedicated to Royal St? We often have family and friends in town and need 5+ seats.
    4. What is the summer schedule and off-season schedule? We believe public transit is a better option than driving, for many reasons and need predictable options year-round.
    5. What will hours be? We’re not night owls, but we’re often in town as late as midnight.

***Finally, can we PLEASE COMMIT to a transit plan for the next several years? This is our fourth transit plan in four years. It’s exhausting to spend every September working through this.

We’re proud to be members of the Park City community, and our world class transit is one of many reasons.

    Thank you again,
    Connor McCarthy and Caroline Matthews

An increase in Average Vehicle Occupancy (AVO) is a primary metric and objective of the resort developments. it seems appropriate to report the AVO as part of this pilot program in order to asses its suitability to deliver on this objective? Collecting how this service changes the habits of the rider (more trips, less trips and or separating trips between families) would be useful for proper evaluation of comparable service. On certain days (weekend skiing) its likely many families living in close proximity have the same schedule - is there an effort being put into scheduling these in advance to increase efficiency?
