Peaks Hotel and Versante are a staple and contributor of the Park City community and I would like to express my support for the approval of the Permit for the use of outdoor space & parking. Although Park City is a big outdoor playground, we do not have enough outdoor dining options, especially ones that are kid friendly and that are big enough to accommodate both recreation and food & beverage. This outdoor space would be a very huge and welcomed addition to our community, and it seems like there are very few concessions that would need to be made to accommodate the opening of the space that is already created.

Peaks Hotel and Versante have been long-time supporters of the community. When we got evacuated last summer for the wildfire, they took us in, gave us a super cheap rate, and met our other evacuated neighbors on the lawn to enjoy some pizza in such a stressful time! Getting to the lawn at Versante/Peaks is easy with the bus stop right in front of the hotel or by using the great bike lanes in Park City. Please grant them the needed permits!

The Peaks Hotel has been a long supporter of this community and I support Versante on the Lawn opening. They have provided a family-friendly, outdoor dining experience at a reasonable price, which is hard to find in Park City. We live in Prospector and have easily biked and walked to dinner with friends and family many times. They even offered 20% your meal for biking, busing or walking! Plus, with opening Versante on the Lawn they are providing additional jobs, that will be lost if they don't open. We hope you will grant them their permits to open for another amazing summer on the lawn. Thank you.
