Like almost all of my neighbors in Hidden Meadows, I believe this proposed change is bad for our neighborhood and for those of us that have called the neighborhood & Park City home for a very long time. The land at Lot 26 cannot be developed because of the ridgeline and the utility easement. If the lot is developed it will change the neighborhood for the worse as well as the view from Kearns Blvd looking up. Lot 28 is zoned and has been used for the last 25+ years for recreational use by families in our neighborhood as well as families from Park City and the greater Summit County area. I believe that this entirely property was zoned for public use and the intension was to leave it open for all to enjoy the land and the view. I strongly oppose this application and ask you to deny it. Thank you for your consideration and hearing my point of view.
