The requirement to build a new street to accommodate car traffic is counter intuitive to the City's goal to reduce single occupancy car use. A strategic plan for the entire Bonanza Park Area would address this challenge to provide a more successful, livable neighborhood that this single project fails to do. Park City’s future livability is less assured with such blinkered deliberation of this and the Yarrow project.
