With the construction on Kearns slowly coming to a close, there has never been a better time to try a new traffic pattern. We don't need $100K+ studies, surveys, etc. Some paint and minimal addition of asphalt is all it will take. Two lanes coming in to town in the morning and two lanes going out of town in the afternoon/evening. A few smart folks can figure this out in a matter of hours and I am happy to be part of such. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Cut through all the Red Tape and give it a try. If it doesn't work, we go back to what it was before (and we all know that isn't working).
